Center Slope Rates

Rooms Rates:

January - February : rooms with private bathroom are $135 per night. ( For 1 -2 people only ).

March: $150 per night.

April- June: $160 per night

July: $150 per night

August - December: rooms with private bathroom are $160 per night. ( For 1 -2 people only ).

Garden Apt. Rates:

January-February: $175 per night for 1-2 people, $190 per night for 3-4 people

March: $190 per night. $210 per night for 3-4 people

April - December: $205 per night for 1-2 people, $225 per night for 3-4 people.

Rates do not include NY state and city tax.

South Slope Rates

January-February: $175 per night for 1-2 people, $190 per night for 3-4 people

March: $190 per night. $210 per night for 3-4 people

April - December: $205 per night for 1-2 people, $225 per night for 3-4 people.

* ALL ROOMS ARE NON SMOKING.

Please note:

* Minimum stay is 2 nights.

* There are no refunds or discounts for early departure. Unless notice is given at least 2 weeks in advance customers are expected to pay the full amount of the reservation.

There is no 24 hr. desk We give you the keys and you're free to come and go as you please.

All linens are provided. Bathrooms are stocked with towels and french soaps. .

There is no breakfast provided but there are several cafes and coffee shops around the corner.

We are located in a 4 story townhouse. There is no elevator but since the entrance is on the stoop level

or second floor, it is only two short flights up to the 4th floor.

We accept : Pay Pal ( 2% surcharge ), Checks, all Major Credit Cards.

We require the first night's fee or 30% whichever is greater, as a deposit. The balance is due upon arrival by CC or cash only.

Cancellation policy ; If cancelled 1-7 days prior to arrival date the deposit is forefeited unless we are able to rerent the room.

Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: the deposit is refunded, minus a $40 processing fee.

Check out time: 11:00 AM

**** There is an additional $20 fee for check in after 8:00PM
